FrameNet has developed a visualization tool for viewing the relations between frames and their frame elements. You can use the FrameGrapher tool below. This tool allows the user to select a starting frame and systematically explore the connections between frames. You can choose which types of frame relations you want to see, and how many links to show at one time. Clicking on a node expands the graph, starting again from the new node.
Every frame to frame relation in FrameNet is accompanied by one or more Frame Element to Frame Element relations. They are not shown in these graphs by default, but if you would like to see the FE-FE relations for a particular frame-frame relation, you can click on the arrow connecting the frames, and the graph will be redrawn, showing all the FE-FE relations.
