The third International FrameNet Workshop took place in Miyazaki, Japan on May 12, 2018 in conjunction with the Linguistic Resources and Evaluation Conference (LREC). New Frame Semantic and Construction Grammar research on ten languages: Danish, Dutch, English, French, Hindi, Japanese, Latvian, Brazilian Portuguese , Spanish, and Urdu was presented in six oral presentations and seven posters. We heard reports on the progress of the Multilingual FrameNet alignment, preliminary results from the parallel annotation of the TED talk, and a new tool for comparing and analyzing complex data (including XML), among others. Here are links for the program of the workshop and the full proceedings in PDF form. The meeting was sponsored in part by the Swedish Foundation for International Cooperation in Research and Higher Education (STINT) and the U.S. National Science Foundation.
